Are Christians Narrow Minded?

This past Sunday, we heard the famous Gospel passage where Jesus says,

I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except by me. –John 14:6

Here Jesus makes an exclusive claim to be the only way to God the Father–indeed here he claims to be God. When Christians quote Jesus’ words, it often leads to criticism of believers. The One Minute Apologist responds to the question “Are Christians Narrow Minded?”

  1. We live in a culture that places tolerance as the value that trumps all other values and beliefs. The enforcement of the primacy of tolerance is really an example of narrow minded moral relativism–one cannot escape being narrow minded. Everyone is narrow minded!
